We offer 3 different types of classes to help you achieve those fitness goals...
Come and join our Pilates, BarreConcept and Dance Fitness classes in Ashford, Middx and in Thorpe and Englefield Green in Surrey. They are friendly and relaxed and there is something for everyone from the super fit to those who are out of the habit of exercising.
The Pilates classes will help you work on improving your flexibility, core strength and stamina. Most of the exercises are performed lying down so its low impact but very effective.
BarreConcept is the hottest workout spreading the globe. It combines the precision of Pilates with the technique of ballet, the alignment of yoga and the strength from sports conditioning. All combined, it makes for a challenging and exciting workout, which stretches and sculpts the muscles while burning fat. See real results quickly as your body changes shape. No experience needed – just come and join in the fun.
We also offer Dancing for Fitness – a dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating, and effective fitness system. The cardio-based dance movements are easy to follow and it provides a unique combination of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. No experience in dance or exercise is needed so come and join our party! We all know how good we feel when we get to dance but for most of us, its a rare treat. Come along to your local class and get a regular weekly dance-fix – guaranteed to put a smile on your face!
Meet Sandy...

Sandy had a long and successful career as a senior executive in the Financial Services industry working her way up from lunchtime cashier to nationwide Head of Sales at a large mutual organisation.
​
Sandy faced and overcame many challenges throughout her life; from financial hardship to beating breast cancer and is dedicated to helping others to do the same. In 2009, Sandy left her corporate job and launched her own business to help other people to “live life to the fullest” - "Vive ut Vitas".
​
Sandy’s self-development journey has been driven by an ongoing thirst for knowledge about human potential. She completed her Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Henley Management School. In her final thesis, she specialised in Change Management and the impact on individual performance. Sandy had the good fortune to work directly with many expert coaches and has benefited from some enlightening ideas from her extensive research.

Having recovered from breast cancer, Sandy made the big decision to change career. She qualified to teach a wide range of fitness solutions but now focuses on Pilates, BarreConcept and Dance Fitness. She is also qualified in pre and post-natal exercise and Breast Cancer recovery through Pink Ribbon Pilates.

Sandy has two wonderful children who are her pride and inspiration – and is now the very proud, doting grandmother of five grandchildren. Family is very important to Sandy and she is also a passionate gardener who grows as much organic food as possible and she is a keen amateur potter.
